Indiana Legislature wants to Make A Child Molester & Creep Out of Every Hoosier in Indiana with House Bill 1091
Guard you Loins, Hoosiers! Your immoral, self-righteous legislators are at it again. This time these punk ass men and women want to criminalize the mere clicking onto an internet site that has child porn images on it, even if viewing such rubbish was never your intention.
Under House Bill 1091 authored by Rep. Thomas Washburne, co-Authored by Rep. Ryan Hatfield, and sponsored by Sen. James Tomes, Sen. Michael Young, Sen. Greg Taylor, your the next great sex offender for Indiana’s registry and prisons. The only reasonable mind in the committee at the time this bill was put up for a vote, was the honorable Larry Landis, the Indiana Public Defender Council executive. He warned that this bill would make sexual predators out of the average, well-meaning Hoosier that unintentionally clicks on a link to a site that offers child porn for viewing when he or she only intended to view legal pornography – including legal child porn (legal pornography that is not obscene and was created without the use of an actual child – this form of porn is often called Shotacon, Lolicon, Manga, Yaoi, etc. Mr. Landis addressed the committee with the likely scenario of a Hoosier that sees a pornographic “picture of [an adult] who is portrayed to be less than 18. That may not have been their intention at all but that’s what they get. They’ve accessed that site, thinking they’re doing what is a lawfully protected, constitutionally protected activity,” Landis says. “Now they’ve committed a criminal offense.”
While some of the committee members expressed their feigned concerns about the bill’s too broad language in regards to Landis’ example, the committee approved the bill 6 to 1. Way to go, intolerables! All of these no good bastards are doing nothing more than pandering to their conservative base, while allowing good people to be destroyed by terrible laws. In my opinion, these legislators are the worst child molesters in Indiana. With laws being passed like this one, they ensure that a Grandmother’s adult child is ripped from the Grandmother’s arms, while the adult child’s young children are ripped out of her arms by a cowardly, no good judicial system built on corruption and lies.
If House Bill 1091 becomes a law, merely accessing such filth becomes a Level 6 felony (one felony charge for each picture, story, video, etc.) to access with intent to view a photograph or other pictorial representation that depicts or describes sexual conduct by a child who the person knows is less than 18 years of age or who appears to be less than 18 years of age.
When will we finally say enough is enough?
